Go to http://www.lexisnexis.com/my/legal where you will be asked to enter your user ID and password.
If you’re on IP-fixed access, you will be automatically re-directed to the homepage.
- I do not know/forgot my password, how can I sign in?
You may click the “Forgotten Your Password?” link on the sign in page. It will require you to enter your User ID then you will be asked to answer your security question.
- I'm getting an error "Your ID is already in use"
This error comes up if the ID was signed in to a browser or a device, but was not signed out properly. To start a new session, go to https://www.lexisnexis.com/my/legal/auth/signoff.do
- I was told that we should be automatically signed in on the page. Why am I being asked for a user ID and password?
For this type of access, we use your IP address to authenticate you and allow sign in to our online platform.
Validate your IP range
The first step is to check that the IP address supplied to LexisNexis is correct. You can verify your IP address through IPCheck then contact your administrator to confirm if this is the same IP that was registered to LexisNexis.
Enable our sites
Occasionally, firewalls and proxy servers block the validation required for authentication. Please contact your local IT to ensure that LexisNexis servers/URLs are authorized by your network.
Clear your browser's cache
Due to the large amount of data within our site occasionally you may receive an application error. To rectify this you will need to clear your browser’s cache.
When browsing the internet, your browser keeps track of the pages you've visited and saves them on your hard disk so they'll load faster when you return to them. This saves you time and money because you can view the saved pages without being connected to the Internet. The saved files, your "temporary Internet files," are stored in your disk cache.
The following sites can guide you through depending on your browser:
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Apple Safari

Click on the Preferences option on the upper right hand corner of the homepage.
***This option will not show on an IP-fixed access
