In her role as the Business Operations Manager for Southeast Asia, Eunice is responsible for leading the operations team to drive a standard of high performance through the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales and marketing excellence whilst expanding designing additional performance metrics to support the business and its growth trajectory .
Prior to this, Eunice was the Internal Communications and Projects lead for Southeast Asia and drove employee engagement communications and strategic projects for the business and was also a Business Analyst supporting Strategy and Sales across the Southeast Asia and Asia regions.
In her free time, Eunice is passionate about supporting access to education equity, volunteering and living more sustainably.
