Gaythri Raman

Gaythri Raman is the Managing Director of LexisNexis Southeast Asia. She is responsible for the development and execution of strategies and plans to grow the adoption of online solutions for the litigation, corporate, and academic segments across Southeast Asia.
Gaythri is also a passionate advocate for the advancement of the rule of law, having led various rule of law projects in the Asia Pacific region, most recently working with the government of Maldives to publish their primary laws. She is a big believer in combining technology and the law to empower individuals for the betterment of society.
As a member of the Business for the Rule of Law (B4ROL) Steering Committee, an initiative by the United Nations Global Compact, Gaythri has been a key driver of multiple consultative sessions across the world on the creation of a framework for businesses to support the rule of law. She has also actively educated and enabled businesses globally to support and respect the rule of law.
Prior to leading the Southeast Asia business, Gaythri was a trained lawyer and joined LexisNexis in 2001 where she has held various roles in sales, marketing, product management, and customer discovery and insights with experience in the Malaysian, Asia Pacific and global markets.
